I could be wrong because I don't own the costumes but I don't think that is a glitch.

I think it was intentional

Judging by the description on the Lunatic Court Finery I think you are meant to be headless.

Yeah it's not a glitch. There is a headless version included.

Dunno, it only goes headless when you put on the Lich headpiece. You can extinguish flames no problem, but if you switch like that, it makes you headless or headless with flames. It's rather amusing.

Not only tonics. Some disguises work too.

I've also tried Corsair, but that didn't work, and I'll try the Jade Brotherhood disguise too as soon as I can.

You MUST see the Yeti one.

It's like... a second sun around its head or something!

I can't wait to try more combinations! These are the best costumes so far!

OMG, these costumes are so pretty!!, definitely worth the 9.99 to get both!!!
Plus I just love how the flaming heads with with the tonics!
